Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and meditative practice designed to awaken your life-force energy and expand awareness. This system of yoga was designed to free up the energy at the base of the spine - known as kundalini - and guide it up through the body and chakras. Balancing these inner tides will leave you feeling energized yet grounded, mentally clear, emotionally steady and more connected to your authentic self.
Classes are suitable for all levels, with modification and guidance to ensure everyone can participate safely while experiencing the full benefits of the practice. You will receive hands-on energy work during each savasana integration (optional).
