kundalini is often called the yoga of awareness.
unlike any other form of yoga, it works alchemically
to create clarity, stability & internal resilience.
More than a practice- Kundalini Yoga is a journey of self discovery, empowerment and transformation. This beautiful discipline will release tension, clear emotional blocks and sharpen your mind.
Kundalini stands out because of its capacity to create profound shifts in your inner state. Combining breath work, chanting, movement and meditation together to clear your energy bodies and shift perspective.
This system of yoga was designed to awaken the energy at the base of the spine - known as kundalini - and guide it up through the body and chakras. Balancing these inner tides result in incredible clear-mindedness, ignition of the immune system and a tangible increase in vitality.
What to expect in class
Each Kundalini class is designed to be energizing, meditative and integrative. You will move through:
Dynamic postures (asana) to strengthen and awaken the body
Breathwork (pranayama) to increase energy and settle the nervous system
Meditation and mantra (chanting) to focus the mind, release blocks and elevate consciousness
Guided relaxation to absorb the benefits so you leave feeling centered and still.
Classes are suitable for all levels; with modification and guidance to ensure everyone can participate safely while receiving the full benefits of the practice.
I keep class sizes small to be able to offer each student the benefits of hands-on energy work during each savasana integration (optional).
Whether you are seeking physical health or spiritual growth, Kundalini Yoga offers the tools to elevate every part of your life.
Classes are held at 8a Wednesday & Saturday mornings.
“Kundalini Yoga is the science of awakening human consciousness.”
